Det varierer, men du kan normalt forvente kandidater på bordet innen 2-3 uker. Hvor raskt vi kommer i mål avhenger mest av hvor spesialisert rollen er og hvor bredt vi må søke. En controller med SAP-erfaring går raskere enn en CFO med internasjonal M&A-bakgrunn.
Vi gir deg et realistisk tidsbilde når vi starter, og holder deg løpende oppdatert underveis. Mange kunder setter pris på at vi ikke lover gull og grønne skoger, men leverer når vi sier det.
Vi jobber på success fee, så du betaler først når du har ansatt riktig person. Honoraret er en prosentandel av førsteårslønn og varierer med stillingens nivå og kompleksitet.
Det gode er at du slipper å ta risikoen alene. Hvis kandidaten ikke fungerer innenfor prøvetiden, starter vi på nytt uten ekstra kostnad. Det er vår måte å sikre at vi leverer folk som faktisk holder mål.
Kort svar: fordi vi har brukt 30 år på å bygge nettverk innenfor økonomi og ledelse, og fordi vi vet hvor folk er før de begynner å søke jobb.
Langt svar: Vi kombinerer tre ting. Først ringer vi folk vi kjenner som passer. Deretter går vi aktivt ut og kontakter relevante kandidater som ikke søker. Finner vi ikke riktig kandidat med de grepene, annonserer vi for å nå ut til enda flere.
De fleste av våre plasseringer kommer fra de to første kildene.
Vi har en standard garantiordning på seks måneder. Hvis kandidaten slutter eller ikke fungerer i prøvetiden, starter vi rekrutteringen på nytt uten at du betaler på nytt.
Men det viktigste vi gjør for å unngå den situasjonen er grundig testing (DNV-godkjent) og referansesjekk før vi presenterer noen for deg. Vi vil heller bruke litt lengre tid på å finne rett person, enn å presse igjennom en kandidat som ikke holder mål.
Du velger selv hvor involvert du vil være. Noen kunder vil ha full service fra A til Å, andre vil bare ha tilgang til kandidater og håndtere resten selv.
Det vi alltid gjør er grundig screening og testing før vi sender noen til dere. Det er vår jobb å sile ut kandidater som ikke holder mål, så dere slipper å bruke tid på folk som aldri kommer til å funke uansett.
